“The inside has been completely remodeled and is really nice! The food quality and speed is lacking, if it takes 10 minutes it should be correct and hot. Otherwise its a disappointment compared to other fast food establishments within a 1 mile radius.“
“I had such a great experience at this Wendy’s! They accidentally forgot part of my order, but as soon as I mentioned it, they were so kind and quick to fix it. The staff was incredibly friendly, super complimentary, and even called me pretty — it completely made my day! 😊 The way they handled everything with such positivity and great energy deserves recognition. “Now, normally I don't do this but I have to vent a bit.
While the food is always always fresh and delicious and the staff at this particular Wendy's are absolutely sweet and kind, my most recent visit to this Wendy's was bad due to low amount of fries (I ordered a large) and my frosty for me and my sister weren't even properly filled.. I'm very upset about this and will probably be going to another Wendy's for a while.
Again, the staff there are great and wonderful and service is amazing, but this was a bit outrageous“
