“The food is great. I would recommend ordering takeout, however, because it is super crowded in there. What you order can get mixed up. I have found that they are more likely to screw up on your order if you start ordering different small extra things such as extra cheese and less meat, for instance.Even with the sometimes wonky service, they are very kind and understanding, and the food is super good. Also, the horchada is definitely worth getting ????????.Parking: Because this is right next to a harmons grocery store, there is very good space.“
“My first time coming to this location was not good! I gave them a couple months since they are relatively new came yesterday and had a great drink! The girl who took my order and made my drink was cheerful and we had a great conversation she didn't have a name tag on but she did a great job!“
“The food was great, and Id go back. The kitchen seemed like it was run by 3-4 abuelitas--super nice. The place is small, so plan to wait a bit or sit outside. The tables outside weren't the cleanest, but it wasn't a problem. I'll definitely go back if I'm in St. George. The food was good, and the place was filled with locals. We were there on a Tuesday evening and they were slammed/busy during dinner.“
“We used Tacos Plaza to feed about 50 of us for our wedding celebration! It was a crowd pleaser-everyone commented on how great the tacos and salsas were! The staff was amazing to work with and made awesome tacos!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“This restaurant is amazing. From the atmosphere to the food to the service. Tonight a elderly gentleman came in with his wife in a wheelchair. On of the gentlemen working was very friendly which made them smile and then offering helping hand for the lady to get out of the wheelchair and sit at the table. So happy to support this restaurant and the team there !! Great job hitting all the important parts of being a great business. A++++Vegetarian options: Everything I have tried has been excellent. I don't eateat but my family does and say it is excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs and very accommodating“
“Tears were shed, hugs were exchanged, and feelings were felt. Their burritos are elite. . . special. . . and well worth your effort. My family ate there last week and they have something for everyone. Prices are super-fair, food is bonkers-good, and the good people who work here are as welcoming as you'd want. Get the carnitas burrito. Please. It's so so good.“
“Very busy place. They moved the line fast, food coming out was somewhat slow and food not brought out together for a party of two.We ordered the chicken burrito with sides of beans and rice and avocado. Chicken was tender, well seasoned, and juicy. Pinto beans were tender and seasoned. Great flavor.Carne asada burrito was equally delicious. Complemented with a few salsas and roasted peppers to make for a delicious meal.“
“Food was really good. ?? Out of the Mexican Food restaurants we tried while visiting, this one was the best. Sad to see they are moving back to Vegas. We're moving to the area and would have liked to keep them around! We'll have to check them out when pushing through Vegas.“
“I drive through St. George a lot and am very happy to have found this spot for good and quick Mexican food! They have a nice selection (including more exotic things like brain, tongue, and tripe tacos), their salsas are good and are actually spicy, and the food quality is surprisingly good -- nice flavors, not greasy. It's a hole in the wall and shares a building with a Texaco, but don't let that dissuade you. The food is a lot better than the average sit-down Mexican restaurant. Also, they were even open on Christmas! And the staff was polite and friendly. I'll definitely stop here again.“
“Good food, we had the Monday taco special carnitas and chilled Sangria soda. Authentic Mexican but adding cheese does not get you a quesotaco like they prepare in the Baja. I will return to try other items.Parking: Shared parking with Sinclait gas station“
“For Mexican food in St. George, this place wasn’t too bad. They have some of the typical entrees that you might expect at most Mexican restaurants. There is a lot of seating, including outdoor shaded seating. The staff seemed eager to seat us and take our order, which was great. I wouldn’t say it’s the best, but definitely decent dishes to eat. It appeared to be about $15-$20/person based on the menu. I would try this place again.“
“These guys make the best chimichanga in town! We especially love the flavorful steak (asada) and chicken varieties, but they have other good meat as well. The beans & rice are also very good and come with it on the side. It's a large portion for $12 that 2 people could split. Even though they have a drive-thru, this is not fast food so be prepared to wait a bit. It's worth it!“
“Had the 3 tiny tacos and I was very pleased with the toppings (fillings) with cow tongue, head and stomach (fried). Absolutely loved the flavor and texture. But what surprised me the most is the side dish bar with the pickled vegetables. This is the only place other than northern China where I got to try the pickled garlic which is in greenish color and one of my favorite side dish to have when eating dumplings. Love the place.“
“El Patron is hands down my favorite burrito shop. Their sausage breakfast burrito is absolutely delicious, and I find myself craving it regularly. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring I leave feeling satisfied every time. What sets El Patron apart is not just the taste, but also the fair pricing. For the quality of ingredients and the amount of food you get, the price is more than reasonable. Whether I'm grabbing a quick bite on the go or enjoying a leisurely meal, El Patron never disappoints. The flavors are always on point, and the service is consistently friendly. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a tasty, satisfying meal. Five stars all the way for El Patron!“
“My son and I got sat right away. Chips, salsa, and beans. We finished them off quickly as they were very good. Our food came out 10min later. Plates were very hot. The food was fantastic. They did get my order wrong and the waiter recognized it immediately. Got the missing item quickly. Happy we chose Don Pedro’s for dinner.“
“This place has been on my list for long enough that I can't remember who recommended it. That said, it was good. My son liked his burrito better than the one he got from Angelica's, but my quesadilla with carne asada was average. I think they're worth another try to see if it was a bad night for my order.“
“3 years ago my review only said Consistently delicious! But it seems that under new management the price is up and the quality is down... unfortunately. The house dressing seemed watered down and bland compared to the past, and spicy sauce that they put on the beans and rice had very little flavor as well.“
“food is good, probably not the best I ever had, but it might be the best value. The service is timely and nice. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a fast food Mexican place. Overall, one of my favorite places to go, if it isn’t the best.“
“Traveling through from Colorado and was looking for a tasty lunch ? Super tasty meals! ? found this location on the advertising of the city map and wanted to try it! ? unfortunately, they didn't honor the price on the advertising ?? upstairs bar area with music. The lower section has a great view of the red hills. ? we must have come during a slower time cuz it took a while to get our order placed but great help once it was placed. Would highly recommend.“
“If you enjoy a nice filling breakfast burrito before a full day of activity grab a bag from Los Plebes. The chorizo and egg with potatoes and cheese was simplicity multiplied. So fresh and delicious. There red sauce made it even better. Is it in a gas station? Yup! Does that make it even better? Absolutely.“
“By far one of my best and favorite experiences going out to dinner. We were in town for a dance comp and decided to go here to eat. The service was AMAZING. The waiter was MORE THAN AMAZING. The food was beyond wonderful. Our waiter, Saul, was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had and the reason why our experience was so great. If you’re looking for good service and wonderful food I wouldn’t pass on this place.Thank you for being so wonderful to us.“
“TL;DR - Holy beans, Batman! Do yourself a favor and make room in your itinerary for a nice, joyful meal that feels like you're being brought into the family's own dining room. First off, let me just say that the staff wins an award for courtesy and kindness. Full context: we have 3 kids: one almost-no-longer-a-toddler, one toddler, and one 15 month old who is currently in his phase of exploring gravity. So, we slid into the booth - could feel the springs- not terrible, but a little uncomfortable and unsteady (especially for little ones who need to kneel to reach the table. The table in the middle of the restaurant was slid away and chairs removed to make space for our high chair. Then, a cup of water for every mouth - with lids on the littles' cups - big cheer!! But then, the littlest hands struck, tossing the whole cup on the floor. The water mostly spread under our table but a little into the walkways of the rest of the restaurant. And just like that, we became THOSE people smh. The staff were so nice about it. Little by little we were able to clean it incrementally throughout the meal, soaking it up with additional layers of paper towels. The response of the staff was gentle - our server even went as far as to tell us he has grandchildren of his own and loves them so. The overall feel was that of "don't worry, we have family and know what it's like." If anything, they seemed to more appreciate my littlest one because of his joyful disposition than show any concerns about how messy he was. That said, the food we got was worth the visit. For my little ones, we got them quesadillas (hard to beat cheese and tortillas for kiddos that say ketchup is spicy), and they both tucked into the beans in a way that both surprised us and that we celebrated. For my wife and I, we split the Tacos Gobernador (the 15 month old loved that, too) - they were flavorful and I highly recommend it! On every plate, there was a LOT of spiced rice and Beans with a capital B - refried style, and thin. Don't get me wrong, it was all tasty (the salsas on the table to begin with all the way to the mock margaritas at the end). The kids' food was somewhat quotidian, but that's not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to getting toddlers to eat. Overall, we left feeling appreciated, which goes much farther than just staking a meal's quality on food.“
“del taco has always satisfied me every single time i go through! Being one of the only places open 24 hours, it really hits different at 3 am. I went through tonight at around 10:50 and i had such a pleasant experience with the woman at the window! for being so late at night she had such a positive attitude. her customer service was awesome, she asked how our night was and complimented my friends hair. Felt really welcomed and made our night! Del taco for the win“
“Nice new costa Vida. The design of the front line allows for lots of people to order but by the time we actually got to building our order everything was cold. There needs to be some heating lamps or something while you wait for everyone ahead of you to move along. Felt rushed ordering.“
“I wouldn't expect this little place in a small strip mall to be anything worth writing about but honestly, this place was pretty good!! I was pleasantly surprised. Chips and salsa were good, I really liked the chicken taquitos! I also ordered a shredded beef and bean burrito a la cart and it was so much bigger than I was expecting! I chose to have it dry, with no sauce, and I really enjoyed it. The beef had great flavor. I also ordered no cheese due to an allergy! It was very tasty and I'm sure it would've been even better with cheese. The service was good, too. I'll be back here during my next trip to St. George“
“Just what you expect from Costa Vida. Food was great, but the new update for the app was kind of a buzz-kill. You have to reinstall the app for your previous points to actually transfer. If you go into the old app, it makes it look like you need to reset your password, when in fact, that won’t help you at all. You have to completely reinstall it. Thankfully they had a QR code we could scan, but since it caught us off guard, we didn’t end you using the points we had saved up.“
“Haven't been to Del Taco in ages due to the skimpy tacos and burritos I received last time. There was maybe a teaspoon or two of meat, hardly any lettuce or cheese and burritos were a flour tortilla with a couple of teaspoons of beans. Recently I was on my way home from an appointment and I was in the mood for tacos so I decided to stop by Del Taco. Not really expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and my kids and I dug into our Fiesta Pack. The tacos and burritos were Fantastic! Just the right amount of meat, cheese, lettuce and the burritos had plenty of beans. Whoever was on the lunch crew on March 15th during the lunch hour...Great job! The Fiesta Pack (I initially thought) was a little pricey but it was Absolutely worth every penny. Five stars! ?“
“Loved it. We had a difference of opinion in our family but it was based on one person medically not being able to consume large chunks of meat. I had the five taco plate with various meats. It was tasty and warm, even after we picked it up and drove it home to eat. I'll be back...“
“The food was classic style, & good. Portion sizes are decent as well, it's just dated. The menu & decor both need an update.Parking: During busy hours it can be hard getting in & out.Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: No stairs to access restaurant“
“Was running late so went through the drive thru. I ordered a burrito. The gentleman who took my order was extremely patient because he had to tell me every option of sides to go on my order. He was amazing. The cost at the time was $10.90 and that included all the sides I wanted. The burrito must have weighed two pounds. Huge. I halved it with my grandson and still had enough for lunch plus dinner. So good!!!“
