I was invited to a friend birthday dinner to Paula's Mexican Restaurant located at Ridgeview Drive, Saint George. We are 13 of us. The wait was long. We waited an hour because they only have two long. I was exited to try their fajita. I ordered steak/shrimp fajitas. It came with rice, beans tortillas and salad. For salad I asked for raspberry dressing. I was not disappointed with the salad. It was fresh and the dressing is really good. My husband and I both ordered the fajitas. Super flavorful. I am a vegetarian and they went out of their way to give me more veggies without being asked. Great authentic guacamole. Beautiful view and very traditional bright colors and vibe. Highly recommend.
