“I know Ike’s since 2018 from California and was excited to find it here in Utah. Location is in a gas station. When I asked if they can make my favorite sandwich (49er), they looked into the computer and said “Yes, we can make it. The only thing we don’t have is the cheese, we will use another cheese”. I was OK with that. Unfortunately, when I got my sandwich, I realized that the buffalo chicken (which belongs on the 49er) was not there, it was some kind of honey mustard chicken. Not a big deal but I prefer the buffalo chicken. Their payment system is also a little weird, you order at the counter, then take the receipt to the gas station counter, pay there, and then collect your food. As it was my first time here, I didn’t know that it works this way. The lady should have explained it to me beforehand.“

“Brennan took care of us, me and my dear old parents, the day my uncle died. We went to get food before a long travel right after being with him until the end. And Brennan was the kindest person to us as we stood there, ordering, with us trying not to cry. He didn't intrude or anything, he just served us and then quietly paid for our meal from his own pocket. What a kind and decent human being. And the food was really good and this location still has the classic subways, like the cold cut combo.

“Shout out to Port of Subs on Brigham Road by Desert Hills High School. The manager is so incredibly kind and insisted I come in to sit down with her and go over catering options for our upcoming event (100+ people). She walked me through all the options, made recommendations, and met all my requests. When I said I was hoping to pick up my sandwich platters at the time they opened in order to meet our eating schedule she said she’d come in early to make my platters. How awesome is that?? I didn’t expect that, but appreciated the attention to detail. My food was ready on time, well labeled, serving utensils were included, and guests were well fed and pleased with the options. The food presentation was immaculate! I definitely recommend visiting this location for lunch, get a catering order from them, but especially to experience what great customer service hears and looks like in the fast paced restaurant environment.
