Can’t get anyone to answer your phone. Been ringing for 8 minutes and no one will answer. What kind of service is this. Pathetic
I was so excited to see Kneaders by my new house. Tried it today and suffice to say most of our $30 lunch was thrown out. Poor food quality, very dry obviously old bread. An abundance of wilted lettuce with very little meat. My favorite sugar cookie, normally, very dry and after 2 bites, it was thrown away as well. Very sad :(
BUYER BEWARE! I Placed a catering order on Monday to be picked up on Wednesday at 11:00 am. I ordered 3 sandwich platters for my work meeting. This meeting was for owners and cooperate attorneys. I arrived at Kneaders in Saratoga Springs at 11:03 to pickup my order to head to my meeting at noon. I asked the front counter clerk for my order in which he told me that he would go get it. At 11:22 I’m still waiting...I finally walk back up to the counter and ask where my order is....read full review
