As you walk up, you can smell smoked meat and it’s quite tempting. The smoked taco is a counter service restaurant that specializes in smoked meats. I tried the Bahn-fire taco and the Gringo. They were both exceptional. They do something with their tortillas that’s fantastic. I’m not sure what it is, but I’ll be coming back. Please bring a Smoked Taco to Herriman! It is amazing! It is worth driving down to Saratoga Springs, if that gives you any idea of how delicious the tacos are. Get the Fleeing Californian!

I love this place! I get the bird every time and then choose any other GF option they got! They even have GF churro fries if you ask! I like some better than others, it overall I’ve never been disappointed in my choices. Two tacos is perfect for me. This location is my favorite as I always find a seat. Most locations don’t have enough seating, this one does.
