The veggie burrito is mostly egg with the same sparse veggies as the sausage burrito, just minus the sausage. The peanut butter banana smoothie is mostly chocolate syrup with chunks of frozen, unblended banana. Not very satisfying.
This is a small grab and go cafe at Snowbird where they have prepackaged and made to order items. The staff here is very friendly and the line never seems to be too long. They have good breakfast burritos. Although they do not have a vegetarian option, one of the staff members was kind enough to make a vegetarian version for me. Dang, this place went down. It has been a few years. When I used to come here, staff was friendly, helpful, ceramic espresso cups, and the coffee was on point. Now the coffee was weak, sweet somehow, staff disregarded my request for no lid, and the guy working the register looked like he wanted to die (maybe a hangover?)
