I came in for a gluten free cookie specifically. They had to make it, advising me it would take about 15 minutes, which was fine. It was good, but I wasn’t super impressed. It was better than most gluten free cookies but not better than the gluten free dough I can buy at the store. If you want a gluten free cookie you don’t have to bake yourself, definitely come get these. If you call ahead they can have it ready for you so you don’t have to wait, I was just around the corner...

Local Cookie Co. is hands-down the best cookie spot! Their cookies are perfectly baked with just the right amount of dough and sweetness. Unlike Crumbl or Crave, they don’t overdo it with heavy, underbaked centers or overwhelming toppings. These cookies hit the sweet spot every time.

Their Raspberry Cheesecake cookie is to die for — the flavor is rich, balanced, and melts in your mouth. It’s honestly one of the best cookies I’ve ever had!
