Best cookies in Utah! I’ve tried them all, and most of them are…not worth eating. Local Cookie Company absolutely nails it! Perfect balance of sweet, buttery, and salty. Crisp, chewy and gooey. Seriously, perfection!

The bottom of the (sugar) cookie was rock hard. Like it was candied. Is that intentional? It made it feel cheap and amateurish. I like my 'gourmet' cookies to have a soft base, like all of Crumbl's. Subpar. Nothing to write home about. And only 3 flavor options? Huh? (At least on 5/24 in the app): Boring generic chocolate chip, boring generic sugar, and chocolate sandwich. I'd expect a cookie shop in the state that's arguably the cookie shop capital these...
