Stopped by the drive-through and tried four different frozen custards. All were delicious. One was not exactly what we expected. The brownie flavor came out vanilla rather than chocolate, but it was still good. Everything else was spot on, and the service was great. Definitely recommend for a quick, tasty treat.

Food is good but if you have small kids there is no high chairs or booster seats available at the location. Thats really makes it difficult with kids at a place like this. Seems odd to not have seating options for families.

Their ice cream is deliciously creamy and so good! I always go there when I'm in that area. You have to try this frozen custard. It's to die for!

It’s kinda loud, but the custard sure is good. I like the grinder sandwiches too.

We absolutely love this place - there is no better custard on Earth! We have been customers for over 20 years and still going strong! The lemon custard is dreamy, and the Oreo concrete is an absolute go-to! Thanks for your hard work to keep the quality and friendly service incredibly consistent!! ❤️

I would not recommend the driver through at the South Jordan. I ordered at 2:20pm, so not rush hour, waited 5 minutes and still had not paid for my order let alone get my food. So I left. I will let people know how bad the drive-thru is.
6-04 we ate inside tonight. The music was so loud. We couldn't hear each other talking. It was utter chaos. The workers didn't know what orders belonged to which customers.

GREAT service. Absolutely delicious custard! Bar none the BEST! Their sandwiches and burgers are delectable and taste like nothing you can get anywhere else! Reminds me of the food made at small local diners of days gone by! Highly recommend!!!

The service was horrible! When I pointed out there was an issue with my order the cashier said, there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she would pass the message along. When I asked who she was going to pass the message to, as she told me she was the manager, she said, “I am only the shift manager, I will pass it along to the store manager”. Not one person offered to make my order right or apologize for the wrong order!

You genuinely cannot go wrong with their cherry chocolate chip custard. If you only get one thing from here, let it be that.

Today was a wonderful day. The food was great, and service as incredible. Kiersten at the front desk helped us out and was so so kind, super smiley and a great representative as the first person to see when you walk in. I’d give more stars if I could!

Can't say enough good things about Nielsons! Definitely try their pastrami burger and a concrete to go with it!
