I had a great customer service experience with Amy at the Pizza Hut in South Jordan. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was accurate and ready on time. His positive attitude really stood out and made the visit enjoyable.
I walked into Pizza Hit to pick up an order ready at 12pm , and the 2 employees just kept walking around ignoring me even though I’m the only one in the lobby. Eventually the apologized, but some clarification on the wait would have been nice.
I got two pan supreme pizzas and they were delicious! My only concern was that I asked for no sausage on one pizza and there was sausage on both pizzas however there are two different kinds of sausage beef sausage and pork sausage and I was not aware of that. The pizza without pork sausage was not marked so we couldn't tell who's pizza was whose. So we just pulled the sausage off one pizza and they were both delicious! ?
