Mole Negro
Black mole served with chicken breast or leg and thigh, rice, and tortillas. This is the Grandma of all moles, smoky, sweet, with just the right amount of spice.
Mole Rojo
Red mole served with chicken breast and leg, rice and tortillas. This mole is on the smoky and spicier side with hints of chocolate and spice.
Camarones Enchipotlados
Sauteed shrimp in an onion and spicy chipotle sauce.

If you are a mole lover, be prepared to fall in love with La Oaxaqueña.

I have family from Oaxaca and go years without seeing them, but having an order of enmoladas brings me so much homey comfort.

La Oaxaqueña is vibrant, consistent, and authentic; nothing but true to the Oaxaqueño culture.

I've had the mole, pupusas, and the tlayuda and enjoyed each of them.

I do ask for the enmoladas to be filled...

Absolutely amazing food! There was not one thing I didn’t like. This food brought back so many memories for me and wife. The atmosphere was the best. Will definitely be returning.

Need to update the location photo. It’s on a food truck it’s where that big tapestry sign was that is now them. Very GOOD GOOD FOOD. Delicious. Would make the 4 hr drive again. Did not disappoint. The guys that serve you do it with a smile!
