I love Mano Thai’s prompt and personable service, nice to talk to. I enjoy the eggplant dish and spring rolls in peanut sauce. After eating, I stayed for a bit to finish a conversation.
I've eaten a lot of Thai food in the salt lake valley, and this place is one of the best. If this place opened downtown with a hip store front, people would be raving about it. I had the kow soi and it's one of my favorite noodle soup dishes I've ever had. Prices are great, probably $5 cheaper than what you'd expect for comparable dishes at other Thai places.
I ordered the Drunken Noodles and they were the best I've had since coming to Utah 15 years ago.
The service was wonderful, our server Vijay was such a delight and so professional without being stuffy. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their food, the service, and the atmosphere. The prices were more than reasonable and the portions were large.
We will definitely be going back there again, and often.
