I placed and paid for a coffee order on November 30, 2025, and have still not received it. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone and email to request an update, but I have not received any response.
Last THREE orders have been wrongful, I got ground instead of whole beans! I have tried to email and call but no response at all!
I have been supporting this company for 5 years now but that ends unfortunately now!!
Ordered two bags of coffee over a month ago never shipped have tried to contact them several times with no luck went through the cancellation process but still haven’t seen my money customer service 0/10 fulfilling orders 0/10 will never do business with them again
