On our way to the Provo Airport to drop off our granddaughter for her flight back to Orange County, we stopped for lunch at a favorite restaurant: Cubby’s in Spanish Fork. I tried something new—the Gypsy Hamburger—and it was delicious! We have been dining at this location since it opened in 2016.
