Erin was amazing!! The food and service was perfect, especially the salmon. Will we back once we’re in the area again
We tried a pasta with short rib, beef stir fry with rice, and lamb steak. The appetizer is artichoke salad.
Overall all dishes are salty to our standard… but still I can tell the food is carefully cooked and mostly of good quality.
The best thing about this place is that the view of the Zion mountains are amazing.

Añu Restaurant is an amazing restaurant with phenomenal and delicious food. The chef is fantastic and a rising star. The menu is a fusion of South American and Asian cuisine. Dishes like the seafood fried rice, shrimp, salmon, filet, and lomo saltado are exceptional. The tres leches dessert is highly recommended. Service is friendly, helpful, and outstanding. With great food and vibes, it is a highly recommended favorite.
