About Scout Bar & Grill

Scout Bar & Grill is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some diners have had an excellent experience, with praise for the food, service, and overall atmosphere, others have been less impressed.

The restaurant is known for its delicious brisket and chicken dishes, served in large, satisfying portions. Customers have also enjoyed the Berry Cobbler French Toast, with its thick sliced brioche bread, berry compote, fresh berries, and shortbread crumble. The Denver Scramble, with roasted peppers, onions, black forest ham, and aged cheddar, has also been a hit with diners.

The outdoor patio, with a beautiful view of Zion Mountain, has been a popular spot for customers, especially those dining with their pets. The service has been described as friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, with one server, Matt, receiving particular praise for his excellent customer service.

However, not all reviews have been positive. Some customers have been disappointed with the quality of the food, such as the Avocado Toast, which lacked avocado, and the fresh fruit, which was described as days old. The pricing has also been noted as a bit high by some diners.

Overall, Scout Bar & Grill seems to offer a mixed dining experience, with highlights including the delicious brisket and chicken dishes, the Berry Cobbler French Toast, and the excellent customer service, but also some disappointments with the quality of certain menu items and the pricing.

We had great food and great service at fair prices. Food and service is far above what I expect in a tourist town. Prices are right where I would expect them to be in a tourist town.
That said, go eat, enjoy! They are worth the trip!
Burgers were good, brisket bland and tough.
Food is excellent, not the same as everywhere else. Service is excellent-our server, Timmy, was attentive and helpful. The food was served promptly and everyone was very courteous. Definitely coming back-and we are Locals 😉
