Our family of 4 enjoyed the food at Sapa!! Thai food is always a little difficult b/c your favorites back home never taste the same at another restaurant. Things were different here but all very good! The chicken satay was especially good! The Tom Yum soup was very different but very flavorful and delicious. We were at Springdale while visiting Zion and found this gem. The 3.5 rating does not do justice to this place. We called ahead to make reservation and found our table ready when we arrived. The ambience was great with stunning views of the Zion. The staff were very courteous, and the food was amazing. The Tom yum was perfect and the fried rice was one of the best street style i have ever had in recent times! A must visit place for asian food lovers who are visiting Zion.

Delicious food and great service. I ordered the Bach Sio with pork and it was like Drunken Noodles but better. The noodles had a fried/crispy outside which made it almost mochi-like. My partner ordered the Chow Mein and enjoyed it too. The crispy egg rolls were delicious as well. Great meal after some long hikes. Quick service. Would come again!
