Someone took my food ! There was some mix up and some one took our food. We sat for a while and finally went up and asked and sure enough food was long gone. They remade it for me but then forgot the muffin -.- . Just kinda felt like I wasn’t cared for. But the food was good. The coffee is good.

This particular Einsteins location and morning was mostly chaos. They forgot to give me the cup for my drink. I asked for a sliced bagel with my order to take home....it was not cut. I ordered a fresh orange juice and they didn't get it. When I asked the cashier for it, she looked confused but said she would get it from the back. She brought me a cup of orange flavored water. So, I then was back again asking for fresh orange juice because this was so watered down. (See photo)....

Super friendly staff despite the many guests, helpful and always with a smile, the bagels were very good, especially the Farmhouse, unfortunately other varieties were sold out, but that's a sign that others like it too.
Priced in the upper segment, it can't be more expensive.
