Every single thing about this place is amazing!!! I'm from Southern California and I'm use to really and I mean REALLY yummy and authentic Mexican food, so when I lived in St.George, I went on a hunt to find the place that was closest to reminding me of home. The food here is really good, but it’s dirty enough that you feel like maybe you shouldn’t be eating it. This place used to be much better kept. Not sure what’s happened in the last few years. It needs a real good cleaning!!
This isn't really a review, as much as it is a critique for the owner. When Coyote first opened, it was popping. Always full of people, with a line of people waiting. You used to need to call in advance to beat the lunch rush. Now every time I go here, it's empty, and doesn't have the spark it used to.
I suspect that it was sold from the original owner, and the new owner doesn't have the same love for it.
