I don’t normally do reviews, but this place deserves one! We were on vacation last week and stopped in twice. We tried to go a third time but they were closed (our fault for not checking hours) and were very sad. We could have ate here everyday! The service was quick despite how busy they were. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t say enough great things.
Do I recommend? yes and no. they really know what they are doing when it comes to pastries. Pizza? definitely no. it was the worst I've had in a decade or more. so so greasy ..huge puddles of grease, after we used napkins to soak it up we tried to eat it but the crusty under was so wet it pulled apart instantly...too salty to enjoy...gave us stomach aches. you have been warned.
Farmstead is such a treat and my husband and I make it a point to stop by everytime we're in the area! I usually go for the Cesar salad with chicken and latte and hubby gets all sorts of treats. I placed my order and we quickly moved down the line because there were quite a few people. Because of that, I didn't notice that the chicken salad croissant sandwich was places in the box instead of my salad.
