The art of taking care of happy and returning customers has been lost at this place. I kindly asked the employee if they would replace my $6.50 tea because it fell out of my hands before I could even take a SIP. I even took a picture to show proof of the spilled drink with a date/time stamp. Apparently the money is more important….
Had the breakfast burrito and Arnold Palmer were both delicious and loving an opportunity for vegetarian/vegan food availability! I wish I could take you back to Chicago with me!
Great little plant based menu cafe. The nachos I had were excellent. One would be hard pressed to distinguish between Gaia’s nacho cheese and traditional nacho cheese. Flavor and consistency was on par. Appears to very popular at lunch time. Cashier was very friendly, even gave me a sample before ordering. My wife ordered the Southwest bowl, and it too was very tasty. The flavor excited the taste buds and left you craving another bite. I will return to try more.
