I thought the servers had a positive attitude and I've been there twice now and overall I think it's really good. I'd just love to see more people there. Kind of a tough location but if people knew about it I think they'd be busier. I had a peanut butter cup that was really good the next time I went I had a purple and white maybe a huckleberry? I thought both were really delicious.“

“Delicious! 5 bucks for one cup of 3 different flavors and plenty of toppings! I deducted one star because someone was dusting the yogurt sign above the yogurt as someone was filling a cup, maybe could have waited instead of dust falling on customers food but it wasn’t me so can’t complain much.“

“What a great place to bring the family for some frozen yogurt! So when we vacation on Oahu, Hawaii one my favorite traditions os to get Dole Whip from the Dole plantation. The pineapple? at Menchie's is ao close to the Dole Whip I would say it is exactly the same and it sure ia good! Highly recommend for anyone who hasn't tried it.“

“If its about death by food take me out with Iceberg. Big shakes, best area fries, well made sandwiches all high quality and on point. Pastrami burger-the final nail in my coffin. Ask for extra fry sauce Utah. Years of great effort. Iceberg's a win.“

“The only thing we went for was the frozen custard, and I have to say it was awesome. They have vanilla and chocolate, cup or cone, and mix-ins if you want them.
I just wanted the super-creamy vanilla, and if you're into frozen custard, this does NOT disappoint. YUM!“

“Freddys never disappoints. On the contrary it’s always fresh and delicious. The burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds etc are always fresh.

I’ll always recommend this food here. What made me write this review is their customer service. All of their employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and polite! But in my last visit, I had one of the best interactions which is worth mentioning.

I wanted to try a different flavor of shake. I usually go for the Oreo double trouble. I asked the young man who was helping me what he would recommend and he told me that the strawberry dreamcake is his favorite. I told him I was thinking about trying that. Since it’s his favorite shake, he made it himself and let me tell you I loved it. It was one of the best strawberry shakes I’ve ever had.

I was extremely impressed at the fact that Gabriel wanted to show me what his favorite shake is and he made it himself to make sure that it was the way he likes it since it’s also his favorite. I hope someone from Freddie’s frozen custard and steak burgers, he’s reading this. You have an amazing employee in Gabriel. His manager gave me a thumbs up for shaking this young man’s hand and thanking him for his customer service.“

“We keep having the same problem when we order the cranberry, bacon bleu. They leave off the bacon. When we get home we are to far away to have them add it when we call and tell them the problem. So this time we ate in and YUP they left off the bacon. Went to the counter and they apologized and gave a little side of bacon?????? Why does this keep happening?????“

“Big shout out to the employees working 7/14/25. We ordered through the app and upon arriving at the store, the store’s computer system was offline so the app wasn’t interacting with the store. Long story short, our order was cancelled and we didn’t realize it until we arrived at the store. I was at the end of hanger, closer to anger. My children were also extremely hungry, the situation felt very intense in the moment haha. The employees at the store got it all figured out, all with a good and calm attitude.
