I was looking for a cheesecake to eat on West Rim Trail for my birthday. This cheesecake did not disappoint. It was fantastic! This will now be a mandatory stop any time we are down in southern Utah.

This might sound a bit biased whereas I grew up with Mary’s kids, but you’ll just have to take my word that Mary’s Cheesecakes are the best cheesecakes around. Don’t trust me!? Go try for yourself.
They have whole cheesecakes, single slices of cheesecake, “Slice-cream” (cheesecake mixed in ice cream), and even delicious cookies. I promise this is not a biased review, they simply are the best!
