We stopped by Mary's Cheesecakes while we were staying in St. George for spring break. We were so happy we noticed it! Mary was in the shop and was so very kind. We tried several of her minis and a took home a couple of slices. We loved each one - especially the chocolate truffle and the lemon. Found Mary's Cheesecakes through Google while visiting family and friends in St. George, needed an easy to share dessert and this absolutely fit the bill! Great service, answered all of our questions and we were able to put together a custom box of 12 mini cheesecakes that exceeded expectations, even from the pickiest of eaters (all the kids agreed that these were amazing)!
