The best part of our OG experience was the exceptional professionalism by Aiden(sp) at the front desk. She went beyond her regular duties to help return a personal item, of great value. Service like this is rare these days!
Food is always good, just never really great. It's a classic chain restaurant. Italian food made for the masses. Bottomless soups and salads with entrees are great. Always busy and no matter how good the server is, they are usually too busy to make sure everything is as you want. I have at worse, but also better. Think chili's, but Italian.
