Hard to go wrong with PE. They offer a good value in terms of quantity vs price. Then they have multiple really solid choices that are quite tasty. I have zero complaints here and am happy to rate them as a 5 which I don't do unless a company really is exceptional.
Sadly the food has really gone downhill. I don’t k ow if they just screw food if it’s delivered or it the problem is universal. Lately it seems like we get the scrapings of the pan, especially in the chow mein. My husband ordered the Beijing beef and it had 4 of the tiniest pieces of beef in it. Quality is not like it used to be. We probably ate there for the last time
Was really disappointed in this place I've eaten at a lot of pandas Washington State Oregon the Bay area Los Angeles area Orange county area and Utah. Lots of people standing around and trying to figure out what they're supposed to do how they're supposed to order. I placed my mobile order and sat inside and waited 15 minutes. The orange chicken tasted very off I don't know how to describe it
