Went here last Friday night through the drive thru and I know it’s always busy so I was ok waiting. However the wait was over 30 min long and the service is what makes me upset. My sister ordered Diet Coke and when we parked the dude filled up the cup with diet coke and ice and left it by the register instead of giving it to us. ordered enchiladas explained to the guy I just want beans and salad in it he explained that he got it and when I got home they gave me cheese quesadillas....read full review
We love Costa Video, but double check your order. We drive thru and they didn't give us the cinnamon tortilla with the kids meal, they gave us black beans in the kids break instead of pinto beans. On the nachos we asked for black beans and got both black and pinto but then they left off the pico. We didn't think to catch our order and realized this when we were already home.
