Ok - New updated review... Went twice each Sunday last two weeks .. Both Pizzas cooked perfectly... Perhaps the most authentic Italian Pizza in town. Similar to the 3 or 4 Pizzas I had 2 decades ago in the central square restuarant area in Sienna IT. Best ? Well New Yorkers have different taste buds due to the city tap water. I have eaten at almost every Pizza joint in town over the last decade. This is my favorite. Have not tried the wood fired pizza place next to Papa...
Kinda smells like sewage. Great food and nice outdoor patio…just got to get the smell fixed. I’ve been to this location 3 times and same smell. The pizza, salads and deserts are all 5 star.
The food was very tasty. I had the Di Bosco, and I loved it. The staff was friendly, but it took them quite some time to take our order, and the line wasn't super long - 10 people? Maybe they had a bunch of call-in orders or something, but it took about 45 minutes to get to us. The atmosphere is fine, nothing special, but it is clean with soft lighting. Convenient location near other restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend them, but I would go outside of peak dinner...
