The food is delicious and I highly recommend it, the costumer service was amazing if I could rate it a 1000 I would. They lost our order but they where so sorry and gave as a buy one get one Free! 😍
There’s always a huge line and only one very young child slowly taking orders. The pretzels are delicious but they don’t fill the cup high like before. And it’s a dollar for a small cup of cheese. I dread coming here and the last time my pretzels were burnt, had no salt on them and they still served themI come back again, they pile the lady in front of mes pretzels while my cup isn’t even full. this red haired kid told me there was a dead body in the back and told me not to tell anyone, i said i won’t tell anyone if he gives me a 50% discount and he gave it to me! amazing customer service!
