Hard to give food a two because our appetizer, Dirty Fries, was an 11 out of 10. Among the best fries plates in Utah. But when I received my Ribeye which should have been medium rare, it was medium well and the cut was a bit on the thin side with a grainy and dry texture. My wife and I drove up to Sundance for my birthday to see the fall leaves and then stopped at the Foundry Grill for Lunch. It was the first time eating there, and I have to say it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The search on the burger was amazing and just a little pink in the middle. We will definitely come back, and I will probably get the burger again.
