We had breakfast and just enjoyed sitting there talking for a while. The place was busy enough to have some background noise, but we could still carry on a conversation without shouting across the table. I noticed myself watching people come in, order, and immediately glance toward the pastry case. Pretty predictable. There was a little wait for our food, but it wasn't enough to bother me, and it gave us more time to visit. I don't drink coffee, so I wasn't there for that whole part of the Kneaders experience, but breakfast itself was plenty. It was just a good morning with my daughter, and those ordinary meals tend to stick with me more than you'd think.“
