Great people, great Service! Always smiling. The food is fantastic!
Quick and fast in the drive thru which was exactly what we needed after a long day of being active.
Idk what they did, if it’s new management or what, but usually we have awful experiences at the Tooele Cafe Rio. Today it was literally the BEST food, service, everything. I was floored! The workers were all really pleasant and attentive and the food was phenomenal—exactly what I was craving. I hope it is always this good, cause I’ll for sure be going back again soon!

Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican offers a variety of experiences based on recent reviews. While some customers praise the tasty food and helpful staff, others have experienced inconsistent service and order mix-ups. Some mention that the food can vary in quality, and there are concerns about orders not always being made the same way, whether or not customers watch the process. Customers have also reported issues with missing ingredients, such as lettuce, lime, or cheese, and sometimes getting less food than expected, especially through the drive-thru. Despite these problems, the drive-thru is appreciated for its convenience and friendly service, with staff members like the personable employee with a flying pig pin leaving positive impressions. The restaurant's closing times can be unpredictable, with some nights ending early. Overall, Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican serves tasty food but needs to improve consistency in service and order accuracy to enhance customer experience.
