Ate dinner last night with my family at Jims. We had a new waitress, which we tried to be understanding about, but after actually getting our food to the table, we never saw her again. In fact we had to catch a totally different waitress to actually get our bill.
There was a woman who came into the restaurant with her tiny lap dog. No service animal vest on. The dog was allowed to sit at the table, paws actually on the table, and the woman fed her dog with her fork.
