😀Denny's has really improved their quality of food over the years. I have been happy with my meals the last 10 plus times I have gone.
Yesterday 6/1/2024 my family and I attended this restaurant. This was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The staff, cooks and waiting staff, were arguing amongst each other which the whole restaurant could hear. We waited for 15 min just for our drinks to come, after which we waited an additional 45 for some of our food to come out but not all. Yesterday 6/1/2024 was anything but good service. When we got there we were seated quickly but it took 10 - 15 minutes for drinks to get to us afyer ordered. there were maybe 3-5 tables total. not busy at all. During this time we could hear the cooks and waiting staff were arguing over music and time it took to get food. After we gave our order the waiter never came back to our table. Based on recent reviews, Denny’s Restaurant has undergone a remodel and reopening that has impressed guests. The service is consistently praised as the best part of the experience. Servers like Melissa, Cat, Billie, Allie, and Barbara are described as amazing, exceptional, sweet, helpful, attentive, and very pleasant. Melissa lights up a room like a disco ball and helps customers decide between meals like crapes or fish. Cat provided the best service in over 10 years. Billie was exceptional and attentive. Allie was pleasant and helpful, with food arriving in minutes. Barbara was super friendly, quick, and checked in multiple times. The food is delicious, with specific meals like strawberry vanilla crêpes, sausage, hashbrowns, over medium eggs, and pancakes being highlighted as absolutely delicious or amazing. Eggs are cooked as ordered, and bacon could be better as pieces were small and crumbled easily. The only complaint mentioned is the lack of diet Dr. Pepper. Overall, guests highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
