“so, today my mom and i came out for a lunch date- this is always our go to spot here in tooele. the food is generally pretty good but today, it was very exceptional! our server rio was very attentive and an exceptional server! i am very appreciative of the good service and homely atmosphere and highly recommend the dishes i present below! (broccoli chicken alfredo, three cheese chicken penne, and mozzarella sticks)
the rockin’ poppin shirley drink was soooo good and so was the shrimp sirloin steak but i, unfortunately, couldn’t get a photo of them- for i devoured it all in a instant haha.

“I stayed 6 nights. Next time I’ll stay longer. First of all, it’s a family run small hotel, only 6 rooms, and really some of the most friendly and caring people I have met in Sri Lanka. The rooms are nice, every thing functional. Big terrasse or balcony. With view of the wonderful garden and the lake, this is both filled with birds and animals. You feel as you are in zoo then you eat breakfast in the little restaurant. The food is really good, don’t miss out on the excellent breakfast, at the same time they feed the birds and squirrels! The pool is only a few months old. Good size, part of it for small children. It’s kept really well, very clean. I like that they have there own Tuk Tuk. Very convenient . “Seems like they may be under new management. Looking in from the drive through window, the kitchen was actually clean. The employees were quick, friendly, and attentive. We hadn't been for a while because of previous experiences, but it seems like they changed things around. We will be giving them another try“

“Bathroom is an icebox (so cold). The bathroom needs major renovation and minor cleaning. The hamburgers are good, mac and cheese good, Philly cheesesteak good, Skip the fish and chips. All of the employees were great.

Kid-friendliness: Kids felt very welcome to eat here.“

“Really fantastic. The food is delicious with options for everyone, even picky eaters. The service was top-notch with very attentive and helpful staff. They made sure we always had everything we needed and checked in a few times to see how we were doing.

The staff was also very friendly, I was extremely impressed how patient and kind they were with a table with a large elderly group of deaf people. They were so patient and kind, always smiling and making sure that everyone got exactly what they needed.

“⭐️GET THEIR CHIPS AND SALSA
We were a little skeptical to come based off some reviews, but we had a great meal. Our server was great, but it’s true that some other staff members did NOT seem happy to be working. ? My husband got the got the ribeye steak and they cooked it perfectly. I had the French dip and it was good, just good. Nothing more and nothing less. However, our favorite thing from our meal was the chips and salsa. We got the chips and queso, and it came with a small side of salsa too. I had to ask if they make it in house or where they get it from because I needed some to take home. They totally make it in house, so we bought a cup to take home with us. Overall good food, but the highlight was the chips and salsa.“
