I got the Tuesdays special chicken enchilada and a mini burrito. The burrito was enormous came with rice and beans. They also gave a bunch a salsa. Kudos to them

Paco's Tacos Lake Point is a cozy place where the owners are incredibly friendly and treat customers like family. The food is delicious, well prepared, and affordable for all travelers. The restaurant is bright, very clean, and run by a helpful, friendly staff. It is in or next to a gas station, but that should not discourage anyone from going in.
Menu items include the Tuesday special chicken enchilada, a mini burrito that was enormous and came with rice and beans, and a cabeza taco that was outstanding with perfectly prepared meat and no excessive fat. The Utah burrito was large and flavorful, and the #22 Carne Asada burrito combo was good. Some vegetarian options like a bean and cheese burrito and a bean tostada are available. The red and green hot sauces are also enjoyed. Service is courteous, prompt, and attentive. The food is served at affordable prices with generous portions.
