I was visiting from out of town. Bar was clean, service was friendly and fast, really cool Amal town feel. Pool tables and digital juke box. Planning on going back before I go home.
This is a good bar. A bar with good people, a good vibe, and generally good bartenders, but today is Friday, April 23rd. 2021 and for the last 3 Friday's I have had to suffer through who I will call "Bartender Karen". A bartender so poor, she has systematically killed Fridays for everyone. She would rather have an empty bar and move at a glacial pace to get her side work done, than serve thirsty patrons. This place is way better than the other dive bars In towns. The bartender (Missy?) was super helpful and pleasant. Drinks were cheap and the jukebox was turned on. They have a couple TVs and luckily they were on ESPN. Very friendly crowd and I would go back again. They ran out of a bunch of liquor including regular gin...
