Kids found it ‘ok’, for my wife and myself, this was not the Mexican food we hoped to find based on the excellent google reviews. We ordered the tamales and the enchiladas. Will not return.
On a roadtrip from Bryce Canyon to Provo we made a stop at Chak Balam! The place serves flavorful mexican food. The guacamole is freshly made!
The restaurant is bright and service was friendly and quick! Would definitely recommend for anyone craving a good snack when passing through!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ed and his crew at Chak Balam. They catered my family reunion at the Fruita campground for 100 people. The whole process was smooth. Ed always communicated with me, and was adaptable to any and all changes I needed to make. He worked to fit the budget I had and time frame to make it work. The food,... absolutely delicious.
