We dropped by here during a road trip. Spice level of 4 was 1 but then again, we are asian. The food sizing was pretty big for the price. The service was fast and the server was nice. A good place to drop by if you are in Utah.
This is a very delightful restaurant, it is in an old building off of Main Street in Vernal, which gives it nice rustic atmosphere. I only got one dish, the drunken noodles with pork, and it was fantastic. Good portion size, the flavor was outstanding, I ordered it two-star spicy, which was just right. I recently went to this restaurant for dinner with my dad, and we both enjoyed it! There are two options for in-restaurant eating: barbecue buffet ( hot-pot style) and sit-down ( order w/ menus). We did sit-down. Our waitress was very helpful with deciding what and how to eat. I got the Green Curry and he got the Chow Mein, both with beef, and Mango Sticky Rice for dessert.
