“We were on our way out of Zion National Park and saw this smoothie cart on the side of the road. We wanted to try something Prickly Pear as we had learned about them during our trip. So we got a Prickly Pear and a Fruit Punch Smoothie, both were very tasty but I have to say, the fella making the smoothie offered me a sample of the Green one and OMG, so delicious. He said it was the best one they made, in his opinion, and I would have to agree! I'd go back for that one anytime! He was also very friendly, our smoothies were made extremely fast, and it seemed they offered fresh salsa (a fella ahead of me took some with him)! With how fresh and delicious the smoothies were, I'd try their salsa as well, for sure! We got one large and one small and honestly, the large is like really big, definitely sharable!!! It was made with all fruit, no ice! So they packed a flavor punch!“
