“Best Burger on earth, bar none.
Bob's is the 'hole-in-the-wall' you check it's OPEN any time you drive by, and will wait as-long-as-it-takes to try the food. This isn't the place you go for a quick bite to eat. This is an experience. Ask bob to tell you some amazing life-stories while he cooks just for the love of cooking.
While he makes up your meal, check out the Art Gallery & Curio Shop (pretty sure some of that stuff is magic, or at least haunted). Take a selfie in a cowboy hat and jacket, buy a sand painting, drink a cold beer with fries, all while you take in the gorgeousness of the geology outside (where they launched the chimps for science). Maybe see a Roadrunner, Desert Tortoise, or white Buffalo. Take time to enjoy this true blue gem of the West. This ain't your fast food burger joint. Places like this only pop-up once in a universe.

“My husband and I came all the way from Maine and our number one bucket list food place was River Rock Roasting company. The atmosphere and food was amazing! The service was exceptional! We ate there atleast once a day if not twice a day during our five day stay. We plan to come back and visit again soon and can’t wait to have River Rock Roasting company again! The herbed mushroom truffle oil pizza and ham quiche were my favorites❤️❤️“

“We stopped here for lunch on our way from Zion to Vegas and this place did not disappoint!! I had the SW Mango Salad and it was literally the BEST SALAD I’ve ever had!!! Hubby had a burger and he said it was divine! We chatted with Veronica and she was just a doll!! All the servers in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Very homey atmosphere! Man, I wish this place was closer to home!! I will be coming back this way just to have that salad again!!! 10/10 would eat here again and recommend to everyone!“

“Best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Super fast to respond and even went out of their way on a Sunday to help make sure my son had special birthday treats while on vacation. Owner is extremely nice. If you’re between this and another shop, GO HERE!!! Gluten free options were amazing!!!!“

“Every time we go out here we are never disappointed. The food is always hot and soo flavorful.. The French fries are done to perfection., hot and crispy. Service is fast attentive and knowledgeable. There isn’t anything on the menu that I would not recommend. Wether it be ribs, burgers, spaghetti everything is tasty.🤤“

“Really good pizza and really nice people, they gave me a discount for being military. I wanted a lemonade right as I was leaving but they were already closing but they ended up give us two lemonade for being military for free. Thank you Dixie Pizza Wagon“

“What a friendly place! We happened on after a 9 hr drive. The workers are all so nice and friendly!! They deserve a big raise because they really like their jobs. You can tell. And the food was really delicious too! Wish we had a restaurant like this at home. Thank y’all so mucn“

“Ah roi mak mak! Taste was reminiscent of my favorite hang out in Sukhumvit, Thank you! We had Tom kha gai, and pad see ew mu. The sticky rice and mango was as authentic as I've seen stateside. And when 50 people showed up as a group after 9pm when she closed at 930, she accommodated them all with grace. Be advised she serves everything in to go boxes and containers. It doesn't deter what you're there for...the food! Thai speakers 🙏“

“Delicious, healthy smoothies with no added sugar or flavoring. Tasted amazing and deliciously sweet! So refreshing after a day of hiking Zion Park in 100 degree weather. Highly, highly recommend stopping by. Very friendly service full of enthusiasm and appreciation. The Green One smoothie was off the hook.“
