Customers often praise the great energy and positive attitudes of the staff, making visits enjoyable. The donuts remind many of the ones in SoCal, except for cereal-topped donuts. The Hokkaido milk tea with honey boba is highly recommended when available, and the strawberry Colada Smoothie is described as silky and flavorful.
