I'm glad we have a Panda Express down the road from me.
This is THE BEST Panda Express location! The food is always great, and fresh! The seating area and kitchen are kept clean, the staff are always so fast and friendly! I'd easily drive out of my way to go to this location simply because it's consistently sooo good!
I had a great experience at the new Panda Express in WEST Haven Alma, the manager, was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.
The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff worked together efficiently. It's obvious Alma has built a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Customers had this Panda Express location consistently great and fresh. The food is always fresh, delicious and full, with Chicken and Mushroom bowls were fantastic and fried rice tasted amazing. The seating area and kitchen are kept clean and the staff are fast, friendly and work together efficiently. Service is quick even on a super busy Saturday night and the quickest service has been seen. The general manager is helpful and directing her team and the atmosphere is positive for employees and customers. Speakers on the drive through need to be better but the location is great just up the road from nearby houses. Customers drive out of their way because the food tastes just like it should and the chicken has a little crunch rather than being soggy. Positive reviews highlight a clean restaurant, fresh food and friendly staff encouraging customers to come back.
