I love Beto’s I go at least once a week!! The food is always good. But every time I order Lucy isn’t nice she gets mad when I ask for sauce even if I say to charge me for it. Some of the burritos need lots of sauce to be good. The other cashier is so sweet and nice. But every time Lucy rolls her eyes or gets mad and says snarky comments.

Not sure why it takes 20 mins to get a breakfast burrito. Hope the simple order is right. Seems to only be 1nperson working. I asked to repeat my order because she couldn't hear me.And then she had a hard time understanding english. Not very good customer service.
