“I recently got pushed out of my favorite restaurant due to bad service (they'll drop the check when I'm halfway done with my food) and restaurant management ( arguing with me about having to charge me for food I didn't even order). Tonight really was a breath of fresh air. The hostess sat me the moment I walked in the door and had nice welcoming chat as we walked. The server was very accommodating to my household dietary needs and the manager on duty was very eager to hear about my recommendation for taking care of the plants in the foyer (I garden as a hobby and love plants). The hostess also asked if she could take my plates off the end of the table, on her way back from seating another table. Tonight was the experience that I seek in a restaurant.

And the buffalo cauliflower was absolutely amazing. I'm a bit disappointed that there's no longer a sweet chili sauce.“

“We went got food from the drive thru tonight and the service was amazing. It took a little bit for our food bc they made my chicken tenders fresh. We don’t mind the wait at all. Two ladies came to let us know it was taking a little longer. Such amazing service. It’s usually not that good but these two ladies changed our minds about coming here. “I’m not a Venezuelan food expert but I thought the food was excellent. My companion had the pantacone, which was huge. The plantains were a fun bread substitut and seasoned very well. Very generous tender chicken. I had an Arepas with carne. Loved the crispy, thick shell and the meat and cheese filling.“

“33 years ago today, this great location opened. It became the “first Arctic Circle” to achieve $1 million in sales in a year. Strong support from Paul Hallman and Gary Roberts. Many years have passed and it’s still standing strong, because of the emphasis on service and quality. We do, however, miss the monthly cruise nights.“

“It was very packed up on arrival for my party of 5 but we seemed to get seated and served in a timely manner. Our waiter was very attentive and kept conversation at a minimum which we appreciated. The food was hot and delicious. .y family and I will definitely be coming back.“
