The employees are rude. Going through the drive through and taking the food back to work isn't an option because every time I've don't that my order is wrong and I don't know until I'm back at work. So because of that this time I decided I would dine in. I get my combo meal and the lady brings one ketchup for my large waffle fries. I decide to go the counter and ask for fry sauce and when I ask the guy behind the counter he tells me "she will be right...

Re: “Hangover Burger” promotion. You guys were woolly unprepared for this. You were understaffed, under Resourced and just not ready for the rush of people that came for this promotion. I went to two different restaurants and was told to be any anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour before I could get my order. That is beyond ridiculous!

On a previous visit, we had an experience where our order was incorrect and the assistant manager just kind of blew us off when we bought it to his attention. When Joel the general manager found out about it, he contacted us and apologized. He invited us back so he could make up for everything. He was polite, professional and genuine. We love the burgers at Carl's Jr and Joel is a great ambassador for their company.
