Chick-fil-A offers decent food with great service, though recent closure and fencing off of the location is strange. The staff is friendly and eager to help, with plenty of parking available. Known for their signature phrase "my pleasure," the restaurant is clean and efficient, perfect for families with an indoor playground. However, prices are increasing. Despite being in the South where Chick-fil-A originated, some customers feel that the customer service, food quality, and order accuracy are not up to the standards set by the founder. Regular visitors have been left unsatisfied, hoping for improvement in the future.
