Manager of this location knows customer service and will do what he can to make things right. I had an issue today after my pizza was delivered. The manager without hesitation offered either a refund or a remake. Yes, I did rate all 5 stars on the location, and no. I didn't go inside. But I felt like I was treated with respect and was given service that I was honestly not expecting.

I just want to thank the Supervisor Natalie for being proactive and rectifying the bad experience we had yesterday!! I left yesterday saying we will never come back to this store because of one specific employee's horrible temperament but now I know we'll be back thanks to Natalie and the rest of the nice employees. Thank you WJ Papa Johns!

The service was good.The stuffed crust Pepperoni pizza was good. I also ordered Boneless Buffalo and Boneless Garlic/Parmesan wings. Don't waste your money on these. You can get better nuggets at McD's. ? sad
