I have always loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid. My all time favorite pizza. Food did not disappoint. We tried to order drinks and was told their fountain machine was out of order. I was slightly disappointed but got a bit upset when the families behind us had no problem using the machine as we drank out of the 2 liters that we ordered instead. The pizza and whatever extras you get here are very good. Yesterday we spent almost $45 on the family box (?) which is 2 pizza's, pasta and breadsticks. And we got an additional large pizza. We asked for some Parmesan cheese and the girl said that's not in packets anymore. It's in cups so we are charging for that now. I said we just spent almost $45 in pizza and you want to charge us for a side of cheese that won't even cover a slice? CRAZY!! I know that prices are going up everywhere...read full review
I'll e honest... I was about to give this company 1 star due to my previous order being messed up. I received fries that were soggy and chicken that was not up to my standard..However when I called them they were polite and they fixed my order immediately and had it sent out within a hr or less..When I received my fixed order.
