Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

No one is helpful. They had 2 employees during the lunch rush. One was working the drive through and no one could understand them and they couldn't understand the customers. The other worker just stood in the kitchen staring at the people at the front counter not helping. Horrible service.

fast food??? na this takes longer then Olive Garden. sitting in the drive thru i watch 4 employees just stand in a circle on there phones and not working. I am disappointed.

I ordered the 8 piece bundle spicy and dropped fresh. Got home the food was burnt not spicy and was disgusting that I decided not to have them remake it and get my money back I will never come back here and made sure I let a lot ppl know.

Ordered food on App picked food up the fish sandwich was missing. Called the store to get card credited they refused. They did say to come pick it up. Sorry rush hour traffic and we live 2 miles away. Lost my business.

I got rather ill eating this food. Our Order was missing items. The mango frosted lemonade was sickly sweet. Will never eat here again.

We love Popeyes. The food is always tasty and we very rarely have issues with the quality. The service at this location, however, is awful. I waited 20 minutes at 10 pm for our small order. Staff members would walk by the drive through window, notice me, and keep walking. It wasn't until someone new walked into the kitchen that I actually received help. The order was ready and waiting - no one bothered to deliver it.

Edit: store owner just copy/pastes generic responses to negative feedback, pretty obvious they aren't interested in changing the way they do things. Store was visibly dirty, sticky, and filled with inattentive staff, ordered online and was missing food, the food we did have was 50% dry and old, 50% undercooked. Awful experience and also received none of the sauces we paid for. Drove back to get them and the staff acted like it was an issue that I bothered them.

Overall, I enjoy Popeyes because their blackened chicken tenders are pretty tasty and have a good amount of flavor. A little spicy, but I am also a wimp when it comes to spice. The tenders are usually juicy and not dry at all. My husband likes their spicy chicken, which we usually order but they often give us the regular chicken.

The service is usually a little slow and I know that if there are more than a couple of cars in the drive-thru, it will take forever to get our food. The workers usually aren't that friendly. Would we go back? Yes....but it also depends on how busy they are.
