It's been a minute since I've gone back to this Popeyes and let me tell you it's a lot better The girls there help me out tremendously and made sure I got all my food thank you so much

Got some lady who could barely speak English taking my order. Took me 10 mins to order 5 spicy tenders and she still got my order wrong.

I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with our recent order. The chicken we received was completely overcooked, dry, and flavorless. It tasted more like oil than anything else, and it was obvious the chicken had been cooked, left to cool, and then reheated or thrown back in the fryer.

As soon as we picked it up, it started falling apart—it was that dry and overdone. The color was dark, the meat wasn’t juicy, and the entire meal was just unpleasant to eat. It honestly felt like no care was put into preparing this food.

We work long, hard days and because we don’t always have time to cook we pick up meals. We expect the same quality and care that anyone dining in would receive. Unfortunately, this meal missed the mark completely.

Very disappointed and hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Food was great as always, and the service was great. It was a tad busy and i could tell that they were short handed, but Jasmine (the worker that helped us today 6/16/25) did an amazing job. She seriously deserves a raise. Even though it was busy she kept a positive attitude and helped everyone when she could.

Worst meal I have ever been served. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 4pc sig. box. The sandwich seemed thin when i unwrapped it, i took the top bun off and it was literally a half of sandwich!! Besides being shortchanged the chicken was obviously old and hardly any coating on the chicken. The 4pc box was worse than the sandwich. The chicken was old and tough and you could tell by the coating that they had used the deep fryer to try and reheat this up and salvage it. Unless you enjoy gray chicken that tastes like week old road kill i highly advise driving past this location. Shame on you Popeyes for serving this food that tastes like it came out of the dumpster!

I ordered a 3pc combo and they gave me nothing but a big thing of fry’s. I called the store up and I was told by the store manager Juanita there was nothing that could be done.

My family and I usually go to the Popeyes in Midvale UT we just move close to this location. Order through the window around 9:30 pm . Manager was talking to crew person didn’t greet me or say hello. I ask to show me the size of fries . She gave me an ugly look. I will appreciate if customers were a priority.first impression definitely not what I expected.

The last time we tried this location was a year ago. Terrible service. Had to wait 25 minutes for a drive up order. Said they had to cook the classic style chicken. Update: Today, we thought we would try this location after a year. Figured service would have changed. Nope. As soon as we paid for our order, we were told to pull off to the side because they had to cook the classic chicken, and it would take about six minutes. Didn't happen. They brought it out after 15 minutes. We are done with this place.
