Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

There was hair in my Spicy Chicken Sandwich and they will not refund me. I’m sorry I threw away the hairy sandwich after I bit into it, rather than keep the hair in my mouth and take a picture for proof. Won’t be coming back.

TLDR:
This Popeyes location continues to be my go-to chicken place. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and consistently willing to make things right when needed. I especially appreciate that they are always willing to make my wings fresh when I ask.

I love this location and its staff. Ever since I fell out of love with KFC, Popeyes has been my go-to chicken place, and this location in particular is wonderful.
The main thing I order for myself here is their Bone-In Wings, and they can be really hit-or-miss depending on how fresh they are. When they are fresh, they are one of my favorite things to treat myself to after a long day or to bring with me on D&D nights. But when they have been under the lamp for too long, they are just not the same.
Because of that, I always request mine to be made fresh. I know that is a request many fast-food places understandably do not love, since it can interfere with service time averages. However, this specific location never gives me any trouble with it. They are happy to comply, and I am just as happy to sit and wait for however long it takes them to make my order special.
That kind of service is a big part of why I have become a regular here. I frequently bring my young son with me as well, and the staff are always very sweet to him, which I genuinely appreciate.
Even on the rare occasions when an order has been messed up, they have happily fixed the problem, either with immediate replacements or an offer for me to come back whenever is convenient so they can make it right.
This is exactly the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

Had to repeat my order four times at the drive through (bbq wings, nothing difficult), order taker said they couldn't hear me and pulled me forward. At the window, they started taking other orders no problem. Kind of weird but whatever. The person working the kitchen was giving me dirty looks and chewing gum while making food (a major food safety violation). Maybe skip this location until they properly train their evening staff.

I decided to get the six dollar big box. Got the drink for two dollars. The original recipe chicken was terribly dry! The Cajun french fries were not spicy at all! The coleslaw had a little Cajun space to it which was actually pretty good. But that was basically the best part of the meal. I won't return for the dry chicken. I get better quality for the same price at the grocery store. cashier was really nice.

Burned Chicken sandwich, almost no condiments

No consistency in the food or service. It’s funny how everyone wants to make $15 + an hour and yet they have a $2 work ethic.

Good hot food if you go during busy times otherwise you have to ask them to cook fresh

Got my food to-go.
Got the 2 can done 6 piece. One of the sides was Fries the other was Mashed Taters. I got fired but then rice and beans. I normally don’t care if it’s good? I love rice and beans but this stuff smelled like it had been sitting.. in a geyser. Not good. Didn’t eat the rice and beans but devoured everything else. Thanksss lololol

This isn't the first time that we haven't received all of our order from this Popeyes location. Tried to call the phone number, No answer. We spent over $60.00 and paid $13.00 in service fees, top and delivery charges.

This location really goes against the stereotype of bad service at Popeyes. I've always had a great experience and the food quality is always really good. If you love Popeyes definitely come to this location

I had such an amazing dining experience with this popeyes. the food was amazing, the customer service was even better!! thank you:) plus they have pink lemonade which is soooo good

I ordered from the app, but the line was long and I went inside. I had to wait an extended amount of time and there was one employee who recognized it and offered me a free side dish. I'm forever grateful for the recognizition for waiting, so thank you!!
