We love Popeyes. The food is always tasty and we very rarely have issues with the quality. The service at this location, however, is awful. I waited 20 minutes at 10 pm for our small order. Staff members would walk by the drive through window, notice me, and keep walking. It wasn't until someone new walked into the kitchen that I actually received help. The order was ready and waiting - no one bothered to deliver it.
Overall, I enjoy Popeyes because their blackened chicken tenders are pretty tasty and have a good amount of flavor. A little spicy, but I am also a wimp when it comes to spice. The tenders are usually juicy and not dry at all. My husband likes their spicy chicken, which we usually order but they often give us the regular chicken.

Clean restaurant, excellent food. I had a coupon, so I was fully expecting it to not go very quickly. It still took more than five minutes for an employee and manager to ring it up and they still did it wrong. I could have lived with that because it's not a very common thing. What irritated me was that both of them were getting frustrated and taking it out on me with snippy little comments. Nothing outright disrespectful, just a poor attitude overall.
