“I want to thank Melissa and her crew this morning @1:50am on 1/31/2025 for helping me with a horrible doordash experience. Context: I ordered on doordash @1:13am and expected an ETA of 1:25am and as I see the Dasher waiting there with the message "Dasher waiting for order" up until 1:45am and Dasher hasn't even moved at all and thought they were going to wait until they closed. I then decided to go and get the food myself and was told that they already picked up the order. I explained that it still said they were waiting in the parking lot and I was the person who had ordered. I asked if they could make it real quick if it wasn't too much and I'll pay for it. They were apologetic even tho it was NOT their fault and even gave me something for the trouble which they didn't have to. I thanked them for making the order even tho it was close to closing. Thank you so much Melissa and crew! You are the best for that!“
“Beat Taco Bell experience or my life! Melissa gave me great service when she was busy with drive thru and getting food together. Portions were exactly how I expect from a Taco Bell. I order cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were packed with a perfect balance of cheesy sauce flavor, rice and beans grilled to perfection. I proved a photo of the burrito and the their immaculate dining area. I highly recommend a run to Thi’s border!“
